1. Services:
PurePath Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty services. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
2 . Booking & Payments:
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service rate.
4. Access To Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If our cleaning team cannot access the property, the appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show.
5. Health & Safety
For the safety of our team, we ask that all hazardous items be secured prior to cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
6. Liability
PurePath Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to property or belongings.
Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items prior to cleaning.
We carry insurance to protect against accidental damage caused by our staff.
